Lucy has worked in the industry for the past 12 years as a Kindergarten Teacher and Director. Lucy also holds a Bachelor in Human Services which strengthens our Kindy’s ability to support families through times of trauma and stress. Lucy is deeply invested in the wellbeing of children and families at a social and emotional level.

Casey has worked in the industry for 15 years and her focus is community engagement and community building. Casey is deeply connected to Landsborough having grown up here herself and held positions on many community boards and organizations throughout her life.

Eliza has worked in the industry for the past 4 years as a Kindergarten Teacher. Eliza believes children are capable and creative co-constructors of knowledge. She believes strongly in play based and nature centered play. Eliza focuses on relationships as the cornerstone of her teaching practice.

Tracey has been a part of the industry for over 20 years, so she brings a wide range of skills and knowledge. She is passionate about creative arts and supporting children to learn new techniques. She is a strong advocate for developing children’s imagination, creative expression and does so through nature based learning experiences.
